TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When booking a trip Just Scotland Tours require a 50% deposit to secure your tour. Full balance is payable 7 days prior to your date of travel.
If you want to cancel your tour the following rules apply:
When cancellation is made at least 2 weeks prior to the trip, Just Scotland Tours will refund the full deposit amount minus £50 administration fee.
When cancellation is made with less than 14 days notice, then the deposit is non-returnable.
If full price for the trip was paid and the cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice, then the full amount is non-returnable.
On request Just Scotland Tours may offer the opportunity to transfer the date of tour where possible, but this is not guaranteed.
In exceptional circumstances, Just Scotland Tours reserves the to cancel tours or services. In such instances clients will be promptly informed and offered a full refund.
Just Scotland Tours is set out to provide you with the best experience of Scotland, however, in the unlikely event of unpredictable circumstances occurring, the following terms were created to minimise any undue costs and stress to our clients.
Clients are required to have appropriate and adequate insurance in case of any unpredictable complications. Such insurance should cover personal injury, medical expenses, death, repatriation expenses, loss of or damage to luggage and contents of same and expenses associated with cancellation of a trip.
Just Scotland Tours does not take responsibility for loss of or damage to baggage or personal possessions or consequential loss arising there from.
In the unlikely event of client’s illness, the client is responsible for any medical costs incurred. Just Scotland Tours shall not be liable to refund any part of the cost of the trip.
It is obligatory for each client to make sure that they hold an appropriate insurance cover and that it is current and adequate for their needs. All visitors from overseas must have insurance to cover accident and repatriation.
Health and Safety
Clients are requested to adhere to the Tour Guide directions at all times.
Just Scotland Tours must be notified of any medical or health conditions of clients which might affect their mobility or ability to participate in the trip schedule, so that appropriate amendments could be made. If there is a need to alter the tour to accommodate for individual health needs no compensation will be offered.
As you will probably know – Scotland‘s weather can vary greatly and you are likely to experience all four seasons in one day regardless of the time of your visit. It is therefore important that you dress appropriately: waterproof clothing and comfortable footwear will help you enjoy your experience to the full.
Just Scotland Tours expects their clients to behave in a kindly manner and we reserve the right to terminate the trip if behaviour of any group member is considered unduly disruptive or disrespectful to other group members or the tour guide. In such circumstances no refunds will be available.
Just Scotland Tours strive to continue improving and we value your feedback – positive or negative.
If you feel unhappy or disappointed about your experience Just Scotland Tours would appreciate if you could raise your concerns with the tour guide as soon as possible.
Clients wishing to complain after the tour should write to Just Scotland Tours within 14 days of the trip providing full details. Just Scotland Tours will make all efforts to resolve complaints in an amicable and timely manner.
